Welcome!

Hello and welcome to my blog!
Here you'll find daily tips on simple things you can do to reach your fitness/weight loss/health goals in college without sacrificing your SANITY, your wallet, or your shameless addiction to that oh-so-predictable teenage drama/comedy/thriller/is-too-stupid-to-fit-any-real-genre.

This blog is to inspire the average woman to forget about being a size 0, and love her body at a size 12. But it doesn't stop there...because let's be real folks...there is life BETWEEN a size 0 and a size 14. It's called SANITY, NORMALCY, and HEALTHY! Let's GET THERE!

I LOVED my body at a size 14/16. But I loved it even more at a size 4. Not because of the number...but because I learned to take care of myself!

SO if you're a size or two larger than you'd like. That's OK...change starts by empowering yourself, by believing that your body is WORTH it. That you are WORTH it.
